Agreed; we need to write rc.d scripts.  I'll try to have look at some of
this, but figured that a not-quite-right package was better than no
package.

My inclination is to keep it as one piece, because upstream isn't really
separating nicely (client-install and server-install overlap some), but
perhaps this has gotten better enough that it's not so hard (just the
file to patch services, which we could just omit or put in the client -
it's not needed really).  If you want to split it into coda-server and
coda-client, please feel free.
