Updated to version 1.4.2.

Pkgsrc changes:
  - Disabling "debug" mode during compilation was _not_ done through
    "--disable-debug" :-/, so I removed it.

Relevant changes since version 1.4.1:

   gracefully
** Fixing Solaris 10 empty libreplace.a bug [Bug# 1517789]. Now libreplace.a
   never empty.
