Update to KDE 3.5.4

KMahjongg
* Fix garbage when opening the editor the first time.
* Don't say only saving to local medium is supported when clicking
  cancel on the save dialog.
KReversi
* Fix wrong player (=color) names in moves window.
* Fix kreversi does not update score on undo.
* Fix the hourglass cursor is kept too long.
KShinsen
* Do not display hints when starting a new game.
KPatience
* Reenable hint after game was lost and undoed.
