Update to 2.1.1

Major changes compared to the Kronolith H3 (2.1.1) version are:
* Fixed fatal error during first login of new users on some systems.
* Fixed adding of events with no DataTree backend configured.
* Improved attendees popup and portal block.
* Updated German, Italian and Spanish translations.
