LKMs must be compiled the same way the target kernel is.  That means
definitions (or lack of it) for DEBUG, DIAGNOSTIC, MULTIPROCESSOR,
LOCKDEBUG and MALLOCLOG must be the same.

This is for the user to manage using the appropriate CPPFLAGS value.

Beware of mk.conf vs. pkgsrc issues, though.
