* 0.4.9 (13-10-2005)
  - added third tutorial mission
  - fixed shops becoming inaccessible after moving a transporter out
  - fixed bogus line numbers being reported on parsing errors in cfed
  - added new event trigger 'havecrystals'
  - changed loading mechanism for crystals to be more like that for units
