Interesting... I see this too.  And you, Juan?  Maybe it failed for
you when installing
in gnome-base, and your "fixed" with this no-op change (because you probabl=
y
retried installation from within gnome-themes)?  Do we have a problem in ho=
w
INSTALL_MAKE_FLAGS works?
