I don't think this is correct, because a single extra file won't hurt;
the real point is that some people may find it useful (assuming it is,
something I don't know).

However, the way it was installed before was incorrect.  I think it
could be placed under share/darcs/bash_completion or something like
that, so that the administrator can manually copy it to bash's
sysconfdir if wanted.
