You may want to bump PKGREVISION also since these are changed packages.

(My personal preference is to not use share/doc/html/${PKGBASE} but to use
share/doc/${PKGBASE} or share/doc/${PKGBASE}/html because it makes it
easier to look in one place for docs. But this is not documented and
pkgsrc currently does it those three ways. PKGBASE or PKGNAME is fine for
me.)
