   - Windows compilation: mingw, msys (Mikhail Grushinskiy), function
    prototype (Cameron Johnson), MSVC6 compiler warnings, _WINSOCKAPI_
  patch
   - Parsers: added xmlByteConsumed(ctxt) API to get the byte offest in
    input.
