Log Message:
Patch Makefile.PL so that the link flags the Subversion bindings
need are placed in the LIBS variable rather than OTHERLDFLAGS.
Other Perl modules use LIBS, and lang/perl5/module.mk clobbers
OTHERLDFLAGS.

Thanks to Johnny Lam for suggesting the fix.
