Update p5-File-MMagic to latest available version (1.20).
Changes since 1.13:
* fixed output warning for large magic db
* added ms-tnef, arc, zoo, arj, rar, EPS entries
* added some more tests
* added removeSpecials/removeExts functions, and capability of adding sub entry
