Log Message:
Update ccache to version 2.2.  No clear list of changes since 1.8 is available.
However changes since 2.1.1 include:
# added a test suite
# better integration with distcc
# added CCACHE_PREFIX option
# disabled hard links by default
# recognise some more gcc options (eg. profiling)
# added --ccache-skip option
