Log Message:
Update pkglint to 3.50.  This version does a (slightly) better job at
Makefile variable parsing and lets "VARNAME=" override "VARNAME?="
definitions.  This should also fix the current bogus warnings about
distinfo in the weekly pkgsrc output.
