They had been commented out a while ago:

Comment out master sites because the file on "ftp.openbsd.org" and
possibly on its mirrors is obviously infected with a trojan. The file
on "ftp.netbsd.org" is safe.

It's working because of _MASTER_SITE_BACKUP containing fbsd's ports distfiles
URL. I guess it contains the latest tarball of openssh...

Should we put back in the MASTER_SITES ?
