My guess would be that, yes, it does affect you and you won't like it.
Sorry. When I proposed the renaming of this variable, I ment that it
should be set in bsd.pkg.mk (which in turn would make your /etc/mk.conf
behave the way it always has).
P.S.: I havent' tested this, just theorizing.
Except most of the good bits were about frogs, I remember that.
You would not believe some of the things about frogs.
