Update of math/gap (GAP 4.3) to bug fix 4.

Changes since bug fix 3:
* Interface changes affecting the AutPGrp and ANUPQ packages (these
  packages will need reinstallation).
* 24 computational problems (please see the description4 file supplied
  with the GAP distribution and the NetBSD package).
