The xanim package on ftp.netbsd.org should be built using the default
settings, which means using only the unrestricted codecs. The
XANIM_CODECS knob is for people who build xanim using pkgsrc instead of
using binary packages. The package name doesn't change, although querying
a package using "pkg_info -B /path/to/xanim-2.80.1nb1.tgz" should return
information about which codecs were built into xanim.

I see that unfortunately, Hubert forgot to bump the PKGREVISION when he
defaulted xanim to build only with the unrestricted codecs, which is a
fairly big user-visible difference. This should be fixed.
