Update to 0.19.0, convert to buildlink2.
Changes:
    * Speed improvement when removing many songs at once from the playlist.
    * Fixed incorrect column location for text entry when editing comments in
      the playlist window.
    * Fixed bug causing flybys to never show when the delay between songs is
      set to 0 seconds.
    - Skin resizing speed improvements.
    - List scrolling speed improvements.
    - Added skin release info editing to the skin editor (comments button).
    - Added keyboard window sizing support.
    * Fixed list bugs when clicking on a non active row.
    * Fixed events being sent to a window twice.
    * Skin editor fixes.
    * Fixed initial path display in file dialogs.
