Updated libexif to 0.5.0 (provided by Amitai Schlair in pkg/15722)

* libexif/configure.in: Introduce proper versionning.
* libexif: There's only one ByteOrder per ExifData.
* libexif/libexif-entry.c: More tags implemented in
  (exif_entry_get_value).
