Log Message:
Update xmms-crossfade to 0.2.9.  Changes include:

  * Fixed the pre-mixing effect plugin handling.
  * Added more verbose error messages when one of 'xmms-config',
    GLIB or GTK can not be found.
  * Fixed a bug which could cause very ugly feedback when using the
    silence-after-fadeout crossfader feature.  This does only happen
    when you have activated an effect plugin in XMMS.
  * Fixed a small configure script error.
