description:
pkg_rolling-replace-0.5:
Redirecting output to /dev/stderr is not portable and will create a
regular file "stderr" if the device does not exist. Instead use the
portable 1>&2 redirection syntax. PKGREVISION was at nb9; get rid of it
and bump minor version number.
