description:
Update gnotime to 2.2.1.

Changes:
* further use of GtkDialog
* added filter for HTML diary
* escape & in project name
* add option to reparent intervals to tasks above or below
* sync qof with latest qof sources
* accepted main.c <sys/wait.h> patch
