Changes 2.0.17:
        minor compilation and packaging problem fixed

Changes 2.0.16:
        Adds polar coordinate transformation, text on a circle, thread safety
        truetype font output, performance optimizations, correct compilation
        with the latest versions of freetype, and many fixes
