This one is caused by libterminfo major bump.
I have verified that a sufficient workaround is to provide the package
with a libterminfo.so.1 -> libterminfo.so.2 symlink in a path scanned
by the run time loader. It does not appear to actually use terminfo for
anything important in the ghc bootstrap.

There is also some preexisting compat80 kludge in the package, maybe it
would be enough to remove the && empty(OS_VERSION:M[0-8].*).

I don't really care about ghc enough to fix this, just wanted to
report my findings.
