(That is, it's an x11-links issue)

Noted. But, crashing out in this case with
   pkg-config.rb:85:in `name': undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass 
(NoMethodError)
isn't exactly crystal-clear :-)

(also, all of these packages have been updated since 2009Q3, dunno if
that changes anything.)
