I don't understand this.  The loop is because its trying to auto 
download a package from CPAN because its test for its existance fails 
but the package has it as a build dependency:
  BUILD_DEPENDS+=         p5-Test-Warn-[0-9]*:../../devel/p5-Test-Warn
and the build log show it installed:
  BULK> Installing /usr/pkgsrc/packages/All/p5-Test-Warn-0.08nb1.tgz

Needless to say the package builds when I try it.
