This package continues to halt my bulk builds. Trying to build the
package, it eventually just sits there eating up resources pretending to
compile a file for hours and hours at a time. So if I don't
periodically check on the bulk-build and killed the compilation, it
would never finish.
Does anybody have an idea what might be going on here?

What do you mean, why has it got to be built? It's a=20
bypass. Got to build bypasses.
