Hm. Passed the build on DragonFly today.

Should depend on devel/mkfiles. Problem with bootstrapping-platforms.

Set HAS_TAP similiar to the DragonFly case, can't test it though.

Doesn't seem to install a man page, I get the same problem on DragonFly
