I use
+BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+=  rm:-Wl,--allow-shlib-undefined
+BUILDLINK_TRANSFORM+=  rm:-Wl,--no-undefined
to build qt3 and kde packages.

There is a PR about this.

I don't know if that is the correct fix. If someone okays, I will commit
for Linux only.
