That's an error I've introduced in revision 1.4 of
"pkgsrc/net/bind9/". It sets "BUILDLINK_LDADD.bind"
to "-lbind9" even if the system's BIND 9 resolver in "libc" is used.
I've now moved that code to "pkgsrc/net/bind9/" which
matches what the "libiconv" package does.
