Thanks, the process is not actually stuck (as it often gets) but it's
undergoing a hiccup (as it sometimes does).  We'll know in a day or
two, once it finishes this round, why it had a hiccup.

Often, the hiccup is because of one of the RCS keyword time bombs,
where a file _once_ had a $Header$ or similar keyword with a full
pathname whose substitution changes _retroactively_ to add a `/Attic'
component to the path in all prior revisions if the file is ever
deleted.  This, of course, changes the commit hashes of all history in
the conversion from the time when the file ever had that $Header$
keyword.

This problem will go away when we do the final migration to new
infrastructure, which I'm working on.
