 Hi Robert,

I'm unable to reproduce. I tried on:

     NetBSD 10.99.14/amd64 (202505302330Z)
     NetBSD 10.1_STABLE/amd64 (202505190540Z)

and with pkgsrc current as of 202506221125Z.

Could it be that the work directory was not clean, but instead had some
previous files in it, possibly from an interrupted build? Could you try
running the following to see if it helps?

     make clean install

The package build has "bash:run" in its USE_TOOLS, so use of bash is
expected, but those errors should not happen.

 Kind regards,
 + Kimmo
