 I propose that we close this PR, and once you find out which package
 has an issue, you can open a new PR, and this time, include the error
 message you see.
 
 Just in case, I also ran a pbulk and
 
 [1636/1657] Starting build of  drawing-1.0.2
 [1636/1657] Successfully built drawing-1.0.2
 
 so every way I have tried has led to a successful build, and I can't
 guess what error you saw.
