 I have fixed this problem in wip/libvirt.
 It will fall back to user=root group=root, and group=root does not exist
 on netbsd.

 CONFIGURE_ARGS+=--sysconfdir=/usr/pkg/share/examples

 The file in /usr/pkg/etc is just a dead copy.
