 The "xindy" package now properly records "libffcall", "libsigsegv",
 and "readline" as dependencies ("Requires:") and these packages
 record that they are dependencies of "xindy" ("Required by:").
 
 Install/update of "xindy" binary package on another host installs these
 dependencies properly.
 
 This PR may be closed.
