While trying to build graphics/librsvg, I encountered the following
error:

Package dependency requirement 'freetype2 >= 20.0.14' could not be satisfied.

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBRSVG_CFLAGS
and LIBRSVG_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
