This should be fixed by, in xsrc:

cvs rdiff -u -r1.2 -r1.3 src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libEGL/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r1.4 -r1.5 src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libgbm/Makefile

...and in pkgsrc x11-links-1.16.

Can you please try with a newer -current?

(as a possible workaround, if OpenGL support is not needed,
rebuilding webkit-gtk with `-opengl' option should work also
without such fixes.)
