>Description:
LibreOffice is failing to build because harfbuzz had a change to its
2.4.0 tarball:

fetch: Size of the file libreoffice/harfbuzz-2.4.0.tar.bz2 doesn't match.
[...]
checksum: Checksum SHA1 mismatch for libreoffice/harfbuzz-2.4.0.tar.bz2
ERROR: Make sure the Makefile and checksum file (/home/disciple/pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice/distinfo)
ERROR: are up to date. If you want to override this check, type
ERROR: "/usr/bin/make NO_CHECKSUM=yes [other args]".
*** Error code 1

>How-To-Repeat:
Try to build LibreOffice.
>Fix:
Ordinarily, I'd just alter the distinfo record, but I see there is
special handling involved for files that retain the same version but
have a checksum change, and separately, there is also special handling
of external dependency files for LibreOffice itself, so I don't know the
preferred approach here.
