 So, the obvious thing is that the part of build phase that prepares the
 documentation wants 'gtkdoc-mktmpl' but doesn't find it.
 
 Sure enough, "textproc/gtk-doc" doesn't provide 'gtkdoc-mktmpl'.  It
 only provides 'tkdoc-mk{db,html,man,pdf}'.
 
 The gtk-doc "NEWS" file reveals that "gtkdoc-mktmpl" was removed.
 
 
 It is not clear whether libchamplain has been updated to work with the
 latest "gtk-doc".  The head revision is 0.12.16.  There is a vague
 reference to "Fix Documentation" in the changelog for 0.12.12.
