 It's a metapackage. So until it was fixed, if emacs-snapshot built,
 you just got an emacs metapackage depending on the wrong thing, and if
 emacs-snapshot didn't build, it'd get skipped and you'd have to look
 at the failure report pretty closely to notice it was doing the wrong
 thing.
 
 It should probably be made more robust, but I don't immediately see a
 good way.
