This was clear enough when GCC 5.3.0 was introduced. After a few false
starts, I wiped everything out and rebuilt everything to empty target
directories, then deleted all packages and rebuilt everything from
scratch. It seemed to work OK, but GCC 5.3.0 wasn't around for long.

I did the same when GCC moved to 5.4.0, but then the problems described
in this PR appeared, first i386, then amd64, and most recently macppc.

My only workaround so far has been to install a TNF snapshot, wipe out
all packages and build them all again from scratch. After that, I can
 update to a locally-built release as long as I don't (re)build
"gobject-introspection" or any of the problem packages that use it,
 listed previously in this PR.
