 Starting from scratch, all problem packages build successfully.  Going
 back and building them again also succeeded.
 
 As a sanity check, after updating to the TNF 201608021810Z snapshot
 build for i386, the problem packages can still build successfully.
 
 The tertiary build host has completed a release build of comparable
 vintage using the following "build.sh" command line:
 
   ./build.sh -U -m i386 -T /d0/build/current/tools/amd64 -O /d0/build/current/obj/i386 -D /d0/build/current/DEST/i386 -R /d0/build/current/REL -X ../xsrc -x -j 9 tools release iso-image
 
 I will update with the sets from this build for the next test (after
 I've built the rest of my usual complement of packages).
 
 
 I updated the amd64 test system with the same TNF snapshot.  Since I'd
 installed failure-provoking local builds in the interval, updating with
 the TNF snapshot no-longer works and all the problem packages fail to
 build as previously reported.  Principally:
 
   devel/gobject-introspection
 
 In the event that "gobject-introspection" was successfully built and
 installed, the following packages will fail when 'gobject-instropection'
 is used during the build process:
 
   security/libsecret
   net/libsoup
   multimedia/gstreamer0.10
   multimedia/gstreamer1
   chat/telepathy-glib
 
 Other packages which don't depend on the above, but which do use
 'gobject-introspection' (if it was sucessfully installed) build without
 problems.
 
 
 On the amd64 test system, starting from scratch with a TNF snapshot
 build, all packages were successfully built and installed.  Rebuild
 tests were simply to enter the package's pkgsrc directory and type
 'make'.  Prior to updating with local builds, all problem packages
 successfully rebuilt.  After updating the host OS with local builds,
 attempts to rebuild the above packages all failed.  After updating again
 with a later TNF snapshot, the above packages still fail to rebuild.
