SunOS samba 5.11 joyent_20141113T164921Z i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris
>Description:
SmartOS uses the ZFS filesystem extensively (exclusively?)

Samba's normal ACL support translates Windows ACLs into POSIX ACLs. This involves the solarisacl Samba module on Solaris/SmartOS.

However ZFS-backed shares don't support POSIX ACLs; they support Windows-style ACLs natively. The zfsacl Samba module enables this.

However pkgsrc does not build zfsacl on Solaris/SmartOS, so Samba cannot practically support ACLs on this platform.
>How-To-Repeat:
Run "/opt/local/sbin/smbd -b" and search the output for "zfsacl".
