 For comparison, the previous x265-1.2 installed the following:

 -rw-r--r--  1 root  wheel  2215832 Jul 15 16:08 /usr/pkg/lib/libx265.a
 lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel       13 Jul 15 16:08 /usr/pkg/lib/libx265.so@ ->
libx265.so.25
 -rwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  2026125 Jul 15 16:08 /usr/pkg/lib/libx265.so.1.2*
 lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel       14 Jul 15 16:08 /usr/pkg/lib/libx265.so.25@ ->
libx265.so.1.2

 It would seem reasonable to have x265-1.3 do likewise, although I think
 the shared library should be "libx265.so.31" with "libx265.so.1.3" being a
 symbolic link. Also, the library shouldn't be installed as executable.
