 Heh... Amusing.  I assume freetype2 is picking up a native harfbuzz.
 
 Can you uninstall freetype2, add to graphics/freetype2/Makefile:
 
 CONFIGURE_ARGS+=    --with-harfbuzz=no
 
 ... do a complete clean, and try building again?
