Neon's man pages are installed with incorrect .so macros.  The latest version 
of neon has already corrected the .so macros.
>How-To-Repeat:
Build the package and check e.g. work/neon-0.30.0/doc/man/ne_version_string.3.  
The file contains ".so man3/man3/ne_version_match.3".
>Fix:
Remove the post-build target in the package's Makefile
