I'm not shure about the pkgsrc-Version I mentioned in the original PR 
anymore ....

Due to a fault here, pkgsrc-2012Q3 was selected for installation and the 
patch belongs to that one. Affecting boost-libs-1-51-0

It looks like that the boost-libs-1-53-0 that is part of pkgsrc-2013Q2
do not have this problem anymore.

I'm currently compiling everything again with 2013Q2 again, but that 
will take some additional hours ....
