        This file should not be included in general pacakge's PLIST
        since it is handled by specially by lang/perl5 and its friends.

        # pkg_add scmgit-base-1.8.3.3
        # pkg_delete scmgit-base-1.8.3.3

        Then, pkg_delete some p5-* package and it cause no perllocal.pod
        error.

        Some change to honor perllocal.pod handling.
