 In your PLIST:
 ${PERL5_SUB_INSTALLVENDORARCH}/auto/XML/TreeBuilder/.packlist
 
 Then
 PERL5_PACKLIST=auto/XML/TreeBuilder/.packlist
 
 (see also pkgsrc/lang/perl5/packlist.mk)

 It depend on whether installed contents of package dependent on it are 
affected or not.
 For such case, dependency patterns also must be updated to require updated one.
